Step 1 — Start your case. It's free.
You fill out a short, secure form about your situation — it takes minutes, and it works from your phone. Starting costs nothing: first we check that your situation is one we prepare, against the same list we publish openly on our What We Help With page. You only pay after we confirm. And if your case needs a lawyer instead of a form preparer, we tell you right then — before you've paid us anything.
Step 2 — Send your documents.
We send you a general checklist of what to gather. You upload photos or scans from your phone or computer, whenever it suits you — at night, on a break, on a Sunday. Your uploads are encrypted, and your documents are used only to prepare your case.
We check everything that arrives: readable scans, no blank fields, names and dates that match across your papers. If something is blurry or missing, we tell you exactly what we need. To keep your case moving, reply within 2 business days when we ask for something — your delivery clock (next step) waits while we wait.
Step 3 — We prepare your forms.
Once your payment is in and your documents are complete, your delivery clock starts: 10 business days for the I-751, 15 business days for the Marriage Green Card Kit. We often finish sooner — those are promises, not estimates. That window is for preparing your forms — how long USCIS takes to process your application after you file is separate, set by USCIS, and posted at uscis.gov.
Your forms are prepared from your information, cross-checked against each other so names, dates, and addresses agree, and double-checked by a person before anything is delivered. And you're never left wondering: while we work, you get a status update at least every 3 business days.
Step 4 — You review and file.
Everything comes back to you digitally, ready to print, with a plain-language filing guide that points to USCIS's own published instructions — the general order documents go in, and how to file by mail or through your USCIS online account. You review it, you assemble it, you file it. Your case stays in your hands the whole way.

If we miss our deadline through our own fault, you can ask for your fee back — email us in writing within 30 calendar days of the missed deadline. The one plain condition: the clock pauses while we're waiting on documents or answers from you, and starts again when they arrive.
The accuracy guarantee. Every form is double-checked before it reaches you. If we ever make an error in our preparation, we fix it free — no charge, no argument.
The risk-free start. You pay nothing until we've confirmed your situation is one we prepare. And if we find a problem that needs a lawyer after you've paid but before work begins, you get a full refund — every dollar.
The honest limit. Nobody can guarantee what USCIS decides — not us, not a lawyer, not anyone. We will never promise you an approval, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we guarantee is the part that's actually in our hands: careful, on-time, double-checked preparation.
And one promise for the long road. Immigration is rarely one envelope — it's years of them. When you come back for the next step, we still have your completed file: we keep finished case files for three years, so when you return within that window, you don't start from zero.

You pay after we confirm we can prepare your case, and before work begins. And before you pay, you review and e-sign our service agreement — the same plain terms you've read on this page, put in writing.
